A SPECIALIZED ANXIETY/TRAUMA THERAPY FOR ASIANS
Therapy where all of your parts are welcome
I know what it’s like to live in constant tension — to feel like no matter how hard you try, you’re never enough. You may be thinking that if you stop meeting everyone else’s expectations, you’ll lose their approval or disappoint the people you care about most.
Through my own journey of healing from burnout, perfectionism, and generational pressure, I wanted to create a space for Asian Americans who feel exhausted from always holding it together — those who carry anxiety, trauma, and ADHD while trying to make sense of who they are beneath all the roles they’ve learned to play.
I’m here to help you slow down, unlearn survival patterns that once kept you safe, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been ignored or silenced for too long — so you can finally feel at home in yourself.
This is a place where all of your parts are welcome — the responsible one, the anxious one, the tired one, the part that wants to rest but feels guilty, and the part that still hopes for more.
Whether you are in your 20s or your 50s, the process of healing is not just about managing symptoms — it’s about coming home to yourself.
I understand the unique challenges that Asian Americans face: the pressure to achieve, the guilt of not doing enough, the silence around mental health, and the fear of letting others down. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of expectations while trying to figure out who you are underneath all of them.
You may have already started questioning the way you’ve been living — wondering if you’ll ever be able to slow down, rest, or set boundaries without feeling guilty. You tell yourself, “I’ll rest when things calm down,” but deep down, you know that moment never really comes. You feel paralyzed between wanting change and fearing what that change might cost you.
That’s where I come in. Together, we’ll look at what’s been getting in the way of your peace — perfectionism, cultural conditioning, generational trauma, and the survival patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck.
I can help you unlearn the belief that your worth depends on productivity, success, or approval — and begin to build a life that actually feels like yours, not just one that looks good on the outside.
I approach your stories with a deep, respectful curiosity that lets us dive into untold, silenced parts of your life so you can finally name it, tell it and own it.
