My story

I will meet you there.

“You don’t have to keep holding everything together to be worthy of rest.”

It’s nice to meet you. I’m a first-generation immigrant therapist from South Korea. I grew up in a place where there was almost no mental health support for kids and young adults, and where being “fine” was the expectation.

My own path through burnout, perfectionism, and generational pressure taught me how heavy it is to be the one who holds everything together. To be honest, I fell into this field by applying to the wrong graduate program, and I’ve been grateful for that mistake ever since.

Today I work with Asian American teens and adults who look successful on paper but feel exhausted underneath. Together we make room for every part of you, including the anxious, perfectionist, and protective parts, so you can stop shrinking and start living a life you actually choose.
